Shipping and Delivery
Here at www.healingcbdhome.com, we strive to get your order to you and complete shipping and delivery as quickly and easily as possible. Orders placed before 1 PM EST Mon–Fri will be processed, and shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order.
US Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacture warehouse to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service. Should you choose the FREE shipping option, you can expect your order within 3-7 business days if you are on the East Coast or in the Midwest or within 3–10 business days for the West Coast; with USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1–2 business days for the East Coast or 2–3 business days for the West Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-shipment: Your package is ready for shipment, but has not yet been picked up.
Accepted: The USPS has accepted your package.
In-transit: Your package is moving through the USPS system.
Autoship & Subscription: Our autoship, or subscribe and save program, means that you can purchase CBD to arrive automatically on a schedule of your choosing. Many of our products are available for autoship. You can customize your auto-shipments as you see fit. You can even have multiple products arrive at different times.
International Shipping Time: International Shipping and Delivery Time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1–2 weeks, but could take up to 5 weeks to arrive depending on your location. However, due to extenuating circumstances (weather, holidays, logistics, etc.), some shipments may take longer than others. Once a package leaves the US border to the destination country, it is out of our hands. If delayed delivery is being experienced, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot issue any refunds for packages not delivered internationally if a carrier shipping delay occurs outside of the USA.
Australia Post advises that it has declared a situation of force majeure for all inbound and outbound letters, parcels and express mail service items until further notice. Precautionary measures imposed by the government to curb spread of COVID-19 are affecting daily operations and services offered by airlines and other transportation providers. This is having a direct impact on service quality for both international inbound and outbound mail. Customers should expect delivery delays.
